"She puts her heart into her work."
Rachel was very kind and created a safe space for me to discuss the details of my case with her. I didn't feel judged, or pressured to pursue any path of resolution that I did not feel comfortable with.
Being disabled with mental illness and memory problems my case had special obstacles to find favorable resolution, she was very efficient at communicating with my therapist and sending me consistent e-mails to assist in ensuring I could remember specific dates and appointments involving my case.
Even years after the case when I found one loose end I had yet to tie up she not only remembered me but was helpful in giving me a response and pointing me in the right direction to get what I needed.
She puts her heart into her work and addressed my case with a lot of much needed empathy. I'd recommend her to anyone, especially those that may have special needs or other disabling challenges in their life. Did I also mention she took me on pro-bono, being disabled doesn't leave much resources, and her kindness really saved me and my family. We are forever grateful for the time she put in to help us.
Thank you, Rachel.
